Quarter Zip Supply is a brand of Battle Born Clothing. The site exists to give quarter zip buyers straight answers on price, fabric, placement and timing. The work is done in the Battle Born Clothing shop in Yerington, Nevada.
The shop
Battle Born Clothing decorates apparel at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. Embroidery runs on two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. Leather patches have been laser-engraved in-house since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. Screen printing (plastisol, water-based and discharge) runs through a conveyor dryer. DTF transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed in the shop.

Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Blanks come from SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear: Port Authority, Port & Company, Independent Trading Co., Gildan, Sport-Tek, CornerStone, Eddie Bauer, adidas, Under Armour and more.
